Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state of deep relaxation, almost like daydreaming. It is rather like the pleasant relaxed state you experience just as you are waking up or just before you fall asleep.

Some people are understandably a little apprehensive about considering hypnotherapy as a treatment, usually because of misconceptions caused by what they have seen on the television or in films but the benefits that you can gain from using Hypnosis I believe are extremely rewarding. You may be thinking that hypnosis is a therapy whereby you lose control, or maybe you would be unable to re-call what had taken place during your hypnotherapy session. This is not the case, as many of my clients have already confirmed.

During Hypnotherapy you will be in full control of the session you will enter into a comfortable, and deeply relaxed state, so that your subconscious mind can accept positive suggestions to help you make those changes that you want to make in certain areas of your life.
