Wanda Nation Brings a Brand New Black History Month Festival to the London Diary
On Sunday 4 November 2018, from 11am – 11pm this one day festival will be held at a brand new cultural hub & afro-perspective arts space called ‘Lewisham Village’.
This festival will be a day of colourful expression, cultural connection, inspiration & vibrancy. We'll be exploring topical issues & sharing thoughts in our day conference, sharing alternative versions of black history, talking ideas for progress, browsing the crafts market, eating good food & hanging out around the rum lounge with new friends. When the lights go down we'll be getting down to party shaking ‘2 foot with half a hip’ & holding a whine with nice vibes in our evening Festival Party.
This event will also see the pre-launch of our newly formed charitable ‘Radiate Foundation’ which has been created to celebrate black excellence and support the ongoing interests of our Caribbean, African and Creole speaking communities in the UK.
All the family is welcome & it will be a wonderful big celebration.
