However, it is not always an easy task to recognise which tools you should be using without the support and guidance of a goal orientated Lifestyle Coach.
I believe that successful coaching takes into consideration where you are in your life right now and where you want to be in your future. I work with you in an authentic, goal orientated and heartfelt manner, alway's focusing on what you require from each session, through asking you simple questions to help create the changes you want to make in your life. 

Once you have identified an area of your life that you are not satisfied with, we can begin the process of determining what thoughts or actions could improve it for you.

I would then prioritise the actions and break them down into smaller steps so that you have better access to creating a positive impact in this area of your life. As you continue you will create more and more positive changes, and always at a pace that you are comfortable with.
This is a safe space for you to experience transformational change, and I will work with you on what is at the top of your mind at the time of our meeting, I recognise that flexibility overides rigid session planning, it must be what is right for you.

I offer 3 packages


1 x 60 minute face to face session

5 x 60 minute telephone/online sessions

Weekly and fortnightly
(maximum 9 weeks)


1 x 2 hours face to face session

5 x 60 minute telephone/online sessions

1 x 2 hour face to face consolidation session (maximum 12 weeks)


1 x 3.5 hours face to face session

7 x 1.5 telephone/online sessions

1 x 3.5 hours face to face consolidation session (maximum 16 weeks)
